Clipboard Support

RE: Clipboard support
There is a little .swf file and some accompanying code out there in the wild that you might consider adding to the clipboard support that will open this up to other browsers.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the input! I'll look into that!

Here is a link to the .swf file Peter mentioned:

I think you would have to add a constructor on ClipboardHelper that specifies the path to the .swf file for it to work.

I'm not really sure we should implement this.
For one, when using this, we assume people have the Flash plug-in installed which is a bad thing without using a detection script.
Second of all it feels a bit strange to depend on Flash in a Silverlight library.

Please let  me know your thoughts on this.

I've been thinking about this a bit since yesterday and I agree that we should not implement this.  It is a little odd that we would need to rely on Flash to implement Silverlight functionality.  On top of that, I can't think of a good way to reference the .swf.  I was thinking of the data URI scheme, however, that isn't supported by all browsers and I'm not even sure if that would work.  I really think there are just too many dependencies to worry about for carrying this feature forward.
